Segment makes it easy to send your data to Wootric (and lots of other destinations). Once you've tracked your data through our open source libraries we'll translate and route your data to Wootric in the format they understand. Learn more about how to use Wootric with Segment.

Once the Segment library is integrated with your server, toggle Wootric “on” and add your Account Token in your Segment destinations. You can find your Account Token in your Wootric dashboard, located under the settings menu (the gear on the right) as part of the JS beacon installation instructions. Your unique account token will be located inside the snippet, labeled
account_token. Take the full string to the right excluding the single quote. It should look something like this: ‘NPS_1234abcd’

identify a user using Segment, that user information is passed to Wootric to check eligibility during survey responses. Segment’s special traits recognized as Wootric’s standard user profile fields (in parentheses) are:

This destination requires a Device-based Connection Mode for Mobile data. Follow the steps above to ensure you have packaged the Wootric SDK with Segment’s.
Segment lets you change these destination settings via your Segment dashboard without having to touch any code.
You can find your account token in your Wootric Settings under ‘Install JS Beacon’. It should look something like this:
