How UserIQ works

Getting started with UserIQ is simple.  Head to our website to begin a UserIQ trial. Shortly after you sign up, a UserIQ team member will contact you to demo the platform. If you choose to partner with us, you'll receive your Javascript snippet, which you'll simply add to the footer of your application in the QA or test environment. From there, you'll fill in some key variables--like User ID, Account Name, and Sign up date--that are tracked within UserIQ. Once your tracking code is installed and your custom variables are identified, you are ready to start using the UserIQ platform!

When the integration is enabled in Segment, your customer data gets forwarded automatically into UserIQ. All the Segment data that's tracked in the `identify`, `page`, `screen` and `track` methods gets formatted and shared with UserIQ - no need for any API, data schema, or required code hooks. If a UserIQ feature does need integration with Segment's javascript tag, it’s easy to bundle the UserIQ tag along with Segment's tag, allowing you to take advantage of UserIQ's full suite of features.
