The Segment team
The Getting Started Guide gives self-service customers the option to be guided through a more managed onboarding path. It is comprised of three main components:
A new Workspace Strength score to guide the early customer journey and recommend the best next task;
Prescriptive, guided tasks taking users through improving their implementation, and thereby increasing their Workspace Strength;
A longer-form companion walkthrough guide in Docs to help users discover how and why workspace strength should be improved.
