UI updates to Mappings tab of all Actions destinations

The updated Mappings UI for Actions destinations is available to all users on all plans. It enables customers define how to map the event fields from their Source to their Destination, in a new left-to-right layout. It also improves the discoverability of functionality to add a test event and to send a test event to the destination.
