Extole is a Segment Destination and receives events for tracking, rewarding, and measuring program performance from Segment. In addition, Extole profiles are created in real-time for Segment identified users. Importantly, Extole supports the enrichment of those profiles with Segment data in order to power targeting, analytics, and rewards. Finally, Extole receives delete requests from Segment in order to unify customers data deletion processes.

Extole can automatically send event data to Segment about advocates and referred friends through Segment’s HTTP API. Segment can share this profile and event data to other connected Destinations, including your data lake. You will be able to match advocate data and engagement events with other marketing event data to better understand and further engage your best customers, your advocates, and your best prospects, their friends.
