How SatisMeter works

SatisMeter provides a Javascript library that you will need to manually install in your site. Every time a logged-in user visits your site you will need to send SatisMeter identifying information about that user via the SatisMeter Javascript library. SatisMeter keeps track of users that have already answered a survey or closed a survey without responding. The survey is shown to people according to your targeting settings (for example 14 days after user sign-up, and then every 6 months). When someone fills in the survey, their response appears on your dashboard and you can contact them from there. Responses can be sent to a few integrations, including Segment.
