Crisp

How Crisp works

Crisp is a client-side integration which needs to be inserted into your site or your mobile app as JavaScript, or as SDKs for iOS and Android. You can use integrations such as WordPress, Shopify or Google Tag Manager to install it too. To send customer data and events into Crisp directly, you’ll need to implement event tracking alongside duplicate tracking for advertising pixels, email marketing tools, and analytics tools for example. It’s the same problem when you want to push data out of Crisp, you have to use APIs or connect to tools such as Zapier to trigger custom workflows.
