Hubble provides two key features:
An unmoderated prototype test.
In-product survey builder with an SDK. Through the in-product surveys, Hubble customers can directly collect feedback from their users, while targeting and segmenting users based on their actions and attributes.
Customers can use the in-product SDK to recruit participants for unmoderated studies or request for user interviews, collecting impactful insights from their users continuously and effortlessly.
Get more out of Hubble with Segment
When you send your Segment data to the Hubble destination, you will be able to use the `track` and `identify` calls made through Analytics.js to target specific users in your product when you launch Hubble's in-product surveys. Any user attribute or event collected through the browser based Analytics.js source could be used to target specific user segments and user actions within your product.
