How Windsor Works
Windsor works by indexing all the actions your users take with your application and stitching them together. Each user gets a dedicated page on Windsor complete with all their analytics events from Segment, email delivery reports from Sendgrid, transactions and receipts from Stripe and more. Windsor makes this data easily searchable for each user to find what you need during a live support session. Additionally, you can segment and find groups of users based on the actions they take - like finding out which of your users are not paying users but have added a credit card to Stripe.

Installing Windsor with Segment makes it simple to get up and run without custom code or added implementation time. All you need to do is sign up for Windsor, paste your credentials into the Segment integrations page and Segment will begin sending your tracked user data to Windsor immediately. The user ID and traits being recorded in Segment will appear as new users in Windsor automatically, with email and phone being used to stitch together data from all the other sources Windsor supports. This means you can set up Segment and Windsor once, get it up and running and easily keep your tracked events up to date once for all your Segment destinations.
