Get more out of Qualaroo with Segment
Installing Qualaroo with Segment is simple. When you add the integration in your dashboard, Segment will load the Qualaroo script on your site for you. All you need is your Qualaroo Customer ID and Site Token. Once the script is loading you can set up surveys from the Qualaroo app. In addition to loading the library, Segment will also send user traits and triggered events through to Qualaroo. When you’re reviewing survey responses, that data will be available on all visitor profiles for advanced response segmentation and analysis.
The most powerful feature of the Qualaroo integration with Segment is the ability to send survey events back through into Segment and out to your other Segment integrations. That means you can use Qualaroo survey results downstream to power customized marketing emails, build reports in your analytics tool, analyze in your data warehouse, and send to any other tool in which you use event data. To enable this feature, just check the box in your Qualaroo settings.
