Gather customer feedback. Wootric can gather feedback in your web or mobile app, via email, SMS, link, or via Intercom Messenger. For in-app and mobile surveys, installation is fast and code-free with Segment. Surveys can be customized and triggered to send to specific customer segments based on Segment events and traits--all in the Wootric dashboard, no API call required. For example, send an NPS survey to a new user in Germany. Wootric will deploy email surveys and SMS surveys for you. Or, send email surveys using your email platform of choice or in-app via Intercom Messenger.
