There are a few levels of complexity when you install GoSquared natively. The basic GoSquared dashboard and reports are powered by a standard Javascript snippet you’ll need to add to your site. No extra configuration or custom coding is necessary for that to work on its own. The custom coding starts when you want to use the CRM or ecommerce features of GoSquared. The CRM product will require you to record everything you want to know about your customers by planning and installing custom Javascript hooks in your site. Installing ecommerce requires custom code hooks into your store to track shopping behavior, checkout steps, and orders.
