How Taplytics works

Taplytics optimization tools are powered by its SDK, which will need to be installed into your app or site. Your developer will need to learn the ins and outs of the SDK to install and configure it. In most cases you’ll also want customer data sent through to Taplytics so you can choose which customers to show certain A/B tests based on behavioral attributes or certain triggers. That requires a developer to write code hooks within your app to send Taplytics your customer attributes and events that fire when they take important actions.

Get more out of Taplytics with Segment

Segment makes it easy to get up and running with Taplytics so you can spend more of your time optimizing your app and less time installing another SDK. Bundling the Taplytics SDK within your Segment SDK requires a quick update of the build script, a new SDK build, and bundling the new SDK in your next app release. There’s no need to change any other code. Your existing Segment implementation will handle mapping of customer traits and the events they trigger through to Taplytics. That means you can completely eliminate the need to write any duplicative event tracking code or use up a developers time writing a mess of code hooks just to pass Taplytics the user data that you need.
